Mary Su was raised in a music-loving, conservative family, where church songs first shaped her ear and voice.

Her bond with her father opened the door to wider influences, especially Pop and RnB, and those early Sundays dancing and listening together became part of the foundation of her artistry.

She began learning piano and guitar at nine, and from then on music became both instinct and habit — a place where melodies, feelings, and stories could take form. Writing at the piano started early and never left her.

In 2020, that quiet devotion found a bigger stage when she joined Northouse Music, turning years of private growth into a more confident public journey.

Today, Mary Su creates from a place of memory, heart, and determination, carrying forward the encouragement of her late father while proving to herself that a life built around music can be real.
